Cannot (re)start torrents through utorrent gadget

Which gadget does this problem concern?
uTorrent

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a running torrent
2. Click Stop Icon
3. Click Start Icon

What is the expected output? 
Torrent should stop and then start again. 

What do you see instead?
Torrent will not start again, stays stopped.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win XP, don't see a version on uTorrent gadget but I just installed it
about 20 minutes ago from the default install interface.

Which version of Google Desktop are you running and which language version
of Google Desktop is installed? (You can find the version by clicking the
downward arrow on top of your sidebar and clicking About...)

Please provide any additional information below. If you see visual issues
please attach a screenshot to this issue.

I think you just have the start button doing the same action as the stop
button.

Thanks for the report. I have uploaded a new version to 1.4 to the download page
which fixes this and some other issues (the often displayed error message with a
missing connection when chaning views).
