Fullscreen Windows too Small after changing vista desktop resolution to 144 DPI #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Have current Vista and Google Deskop with sidebar on the RIGHT
1. change desktop resolution to 144 DPI
2. start application, switch to fullscreen
3. Big Gap between sidebar and application window

4. put sidebar on the left
5. application in fullscreen mode is much bigger now and overlaps sidebar.
