What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the Google Dekstop News Gadget
2. Choose the Personalize Option
3. Tell it which items not to show you any more
4. It keeps showing you those kind of items -- in abundance
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I tell it to stop showing me "news" about stars & starlets & sports,
it just keeps feeding me this useless "entertainment news" when what I want
to see is real meaningful news. I have rigorously signaled the gadget over
and over again for several weeks that I do not want this kind of fluff
passing as "news" but it keeps spewing it at me. The personalize feature is
useless.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The Google News Gadget does not show a version number. This is running on
Google Desktop for Windows.
Please provide any additional information below.
