Ability to provide the list of files which can be concidered text ones #68

It would be great if there was an option in GDS to specify files which 
should be treated as text ones in addition to .txt. This could be a comma-
delimited list of file masks, e.g.:

read.me,readme,.htaccess,*.bat,*.cmd,*.ini,*.js,*.pas,*.cs

Also, it would make sense if a particular file mask could be added to this 
list programmatically.
