What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the .deb and all that
2. right click on the windows-symbol-esque google gadgets icon
3. select "+add gadgets..."
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: lots of exciting gadgets. In reality, just four: Analog clock,
World Daylight, Photos, Web Clips.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
google gadgets 0.10.5, api version 5.8.0.0, on top of ubuntu 8.10
Please provide any additional information below.
I downloaded a gadget from the internet, but there was no easy way to
install the thing. opening it with ggl-gtk worked, but does it have to sit
on my desktop now or can I move it? If I move it, where is the optimal
place for it to be? Why can't I just get a listing of the gadgets
available online and download them with the gadget browser, as I see fit,
without ever having to touch a file?
