Google desktop is prompting user to download older version of Package Tracker #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Users of the newest version of Google Desktop are reporting that they
are prompted to 'upgrade' to version 0.9 of the package tracker gadget even
if they are running the latest version (1.0.7).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User should not be prompted to downgrade to an older version.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version of Google Desktop.
