screenshot.png is not accessible during submit #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://desktop.google.com/pluginsubmit
2. submit the following url: http://www.hamqsl.com/solarprop/solarprop.gg
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to confirm submittion.  Get the following error:
"stock_images\screenshot.png is not accessible. If the URL is valid and 
the problem persists, try hosting the file on Google Pages"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.07.08 designer,  Google Desktop 5.8.0809

Please provide any additional information below.

Gadget works on designer and also on my desktop - no errors.  
Also http://www.hamqsl.com/solarprop/stock_images/screenshot.png is 
accessible from any computer I have tried.  Tried in and out of images 
directory, multiple different servers - all the same result.

Operator malfuntion on my part!  It says "URL" - and works once I added the 
full url 
in the manifest file.
