listCollections in Album Webservice returns nothing! #1

When I was developing the Webservice client in Nukak3D, I found that
listCollection function in Album Web service returns nothing about
collections. In
http://www.informed.unal.edu.co:8085/Album-war/StorageService?tester you
can see it.

In this case, we need that this function retuns the collections
information, how many, id, name, brief description.
