New Functionalities - Query by example #16

Target version: Ver 2.4.2

To implement query by example in the GUI:
-To upload image as query
-To extract visual features
-To search in the image retrieval service
-To show results

The new functionality has been added both, to the web service and to the 
ImageRetrieval API. Tests are still needed.
