BugFix | Shimmer UI for Contributor Page

Fixed Contributor shimmer UI according to the new layout & fixed text overflow issue.

Description

Resolves #221

Change 1: Gave min-width to the shimmer UI contributor grid and centered the grid.
Change 2: hidden the text overflow.

There is still a layout shift between shimmer and content. Can you fix that please ? Add shimmer for contribution notification if required.

Done with that change, and also added contribution notification in loading so that it matches the exact layout. Pls do review it.
