Description

Added new component Recommended blogs which will recommend 4 blogs on the basis of tags and recently published by author.

Resolves #178

• Created a new component ArticleImage for reusability
• Changes in the API endpoint to correctly receive proper data for recommendations.

@aadeshkulkarni Could you please check if the tags are being displayed on the frontend? For some reason, the tags are not visible when I upload any blog using my local backend. Additionally, please let me know if any updates are needed in the frontend.
