Number Plate Detection #1

Lets start the project. The first task assigned for you will be Number Plate Detection. We have already detected the Vehicles, now we need to track where the number plate is and extract the information.

To refine the number plate detection we have to collect more than 1000 different images of number plate I think .

Ok ,lets take videos from a specific angle of vehicles and we can have sufficient images.
