Floating terms and trigram fuzziness #43

For production, this will require adding the apostrophe filter and trigram analyzers to the settings & mappings and a full reindex. I'll stage the changes in bibs_2 and reindex to bibs to minimize downtime. The frontend doesn't work with aliases yet.

These changes have already been tested on dev by myself and others so this should be good.
