Fix file link in 'browser' property #171

In file link, you are missing .min.js extension, so this isn't working correctly in some projects.

I clone my Pull Request, because similar issue was created before: https://github.com/aadsm/jsmediatags/pull/150

If you have time, please merge those PR.
