Standalone "Installer" not an installer? #419

I downloaded the oryx.exe, hoping for a standalone version, since I wanted
to create a new stencil set.
Unfortunately, all it does is to omit Firefox, it doesn't seem to be an
installer at all!? Did I get the wrong file?

it installs a xulrunner app and then runs it, as install is silent however you 
do not see the actual installation prozess. you should see a desktop icon after 
having started it once imo

my username and password does not work. what must I do? Where exactly do I 
register? I do have a openID but it doesnt work. Any help?
