Delay function is not working #444

Hi all,

I have tgcf configured in docker running well, but I tried to configure the delay parameter, but de delay forwarding between channels is always 0.

I tried almost with max value (100) with no luck. Of course I check the settings are applied.

There is any way to make this feature works? I think is very interesting
