user filter doesn't work #540

I tried using the filter plugin, and putting users in whitelist and blacklist and nothing seems to work. I am putting userids in the blacklist and every message still gets forwarded..

Working only when user ID is used. I had to get the user ID by forwarding his message to @userinfobot Without user ID human-readable @johndoe or johndoe usernames are not working.
