Issue - When I setup simple connection for just newly created test channel to forward to another channel - it works fine.
When I try to set it up for some real world channels with lots of subscriber whivh I use every day - it doen't see (and forward) new messages.
I also noticed that my telegram message is delayed for that source account and loads messages when I open the group chat
