Data Files cannot be accessed after install thru pip #2

Now I realize, that I forgot to include the package data parameter in setup.py setup() That's why this problem ⚠️ was occurring...

I hope that, doing this will solve the problem.

problem solved , in the way many small bugs also solved ... which I have not written in issues
