Cleanup: Split dependencies only into standard and dev.

Description

Which issue does this PR tackle?

We split the dependencies into default, [docs], [testing], [benchmark] and that becomes confusing.

How does it solve the problem?

Split only into default (including [benchmark]) and dev (including [docs] and [testing])

How are the changes tested?

As before.
