Feature/Cleanup: Trainer class

Description

Which issue does this PR tackle?

We want to split the Operator base class and fit functionality.
Fixes https://github.com/aai-institute/continuity/issues/46

How does it solve the problem?

Implements Trainer class.

How are the changes tested?

Added test_trainer to test in CI.
