Feature: Function

Description

This pr introduces the concept of functions, function sets, and function dataset classes.

Which issue does this PR tackle?

Implements Function, FunctionSet, and FunctionOperatorDataset classes.

How does it solve the problem?

Function instances are an generalized way of dealing with mappings.
FunctionSet instances describe two level deep nested functions. The first level is the parameter space and the second one is x.
FunctionOperatorDataset takes different function sets and samplers to for a generalized way to describe input and solution sets mapped with a operator.

How are the changes tested?

Added tests for Function, FunctionSet, and FunctionOperatorDataset.
Added an example to demonstrate their functionality.
