We switched over to jupytext in #183, but this now stale comment remains:

Do we check the notebook back in, or do we remove that hint?

Let's address this as part of #189 (cc/ @maxmynter), by changing the link (and wording) to point the reader to the Jupytext notebook (i.e., the .py file).
