Protoc include path could be found by pkg-config. #61

Currently the makefiles for nanopb tests hardcode the protoc include path.

Instead the path could be found using pkg-config:

pkg-config protobuf --cflags-only-I

Done. pkg-config is used if available, otherwise uses hardcoded path as before.
