Description of Feature:
• Water transparency slider.
• The Simulation needs a slider to make water transparent, or at least less 
noticeable.
• Perhaps this should be built into sidebar compound controls, and 
generalized beyond just water.

We can now brush compounds: Select compounds from the Output table on the 
right. Other compounds are fading. Viewer con focus on selected compound.

We can also brush some molecules in selected area (by dragging).
