Hi,

I know this problem has been highlighted before but I am getting:

../NGS-PrimerPlex/test.py

### Global testing of almost all functions of NGS-PrimerPlex started (9 tests)! ###

Finished successfully but the output differs from the expected one!

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with up to date docker. Latest version of image pulled from docker

Any suggestions?
