I want to know that what kind of format design.blueprint3d have??

I used this link https://blackthread.io/gltf-converter/ to convert the json file into gltf but when i upload this design.blueprint3d file in this converter then this give error like invalid json file.

so i want to know that which format in this file?

It's just serialized data and is not a 3D model. The Gltf converter will not work
