Create a windows installer #19

Right know we have .dmg for macOS and .deb for Linux. Hopefully soon also AppImage support but the current builds for windows are via wine. It's too unstructured, a installer that could set everything up would be nice. The main problem I have is that I don't own a windows machine, maybe appveyor can generate artifacts?

Nyasaki is currently testing the windows build generated by electron-builder. Hopefully it works.

electron-builder does not generate a useable build. Looks it doesn't include the dependencies for the app.
