Add a welcome page #21

This page should either explain or guide the user through configuring the app for their channel. It could look something like this

  1. If there is no config, load welcome page
  2. welcome page gives you a short summary of the app and tells you how to obtain a bot user.
  3. Hitting next button on welcome page goes to next step which is the configure page
  4. When user has hit save the bot should be running
  5. Now show the user a dialog that asks them to change the default values
