Fix help file of example data #31

For some of the variables in the BSG2014 data, information on the number of items or the number of points on the rating scale is missing.

In some cases (e.g., TaskConflict), we report that the items are measured on a Likert scale, even though a different rating scale is used (e.g., 1 = none, 5 = a lot).

For the scores on the simulation game, we should report the maximum number of points a team can earn, if such a maximum exists. We should also report the observed range.
