Pull Request indicator #65

... on Repository page, which shows the number of Pull Requests, just like the Issue indicator.

It looks like there is no property which returns the number of open PRs in a repo. The only way is to get all open PRs and count the result, which seems too much for every repo page load. I'll have to close this for now.
