New issue dialogue isn't as nice as new comment dialogue #83

The new comment dialogue design is really great, but why isn't this design also at the "New Issue" or "Edit issue" dialogue? Additional, it would be great if it's possible to include supported files into issues / comments.

I think this is solved with #84 File drag and drop is a new feature I'll be working on soon.
