Completing iOS and Android apps #27

The apps still need an icon, some JS/CSS is not working etc.

Updated the iOS and Android apps, so now to complete them we only have to upload the latest 'common/' to the respective 'www/' directories in the app. NB! iOS version of index.html needs some modifications compared to the stock one.
