User activation - High security alert #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new user on the "Register page"
2. Click on the activation link
 http://myWebSite.ro/user/activation/activation/activkey/d2f9650780e4ccef7411e97d8b93beef/email/my_email_address%40gmail.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
High security alert!!!

You are not permitted to download the file "my_email_address@gmail.com".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
yii-user-0.3-r107.zip / CentOS 6
