add run dialog invoked via dbus (can be invoced from fbpanel menu, fbpanel lanchbar, or system shortcut)

this seems quite stupid, fbpanel has minimal dependences and NO SYSTEMD any depends.. with this dbua that has close to systemd depends becomes no-kiss , waste of time and complicated thing..

just use gmrun or grun and that-s all with an action entry, that-s is distro agnostic and all linux/freeebsd compatible

I must kinda agree with @mckaygerhard (in a less rude way)

It's a cool feature but outside of fbpanel scope.

OK, maybe grun is better idea. So, I close this PR.
