Is it possible to set proxy through environment variant http_proxy? #232

Using proxy.txt in current directory is inconvenient and annoyed.

I'd appreciate it if this feature can be adopted.

It wasn't me who added the proxy feature, but I will update it. And I will add support to set proxy through environment variables too
