Markdown formatting not rendering #240

I'm using zsh in Alacritty and the responses aren't being rendered in markdown like the gif shows on the README. Not sure if this is an issue on my end or not, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks! image

Everything is fine. Previously backticks were not shown, however that had problems so I had to change it. I need to update the gif
