LoadLibrary(pythondll) failed #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. >>>os.system("/users/gasi/gasi/windows_app/gasi.exe")
2. 255
3. etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Start of gasi.exe

Error:
"The specified module could not be found.  LoadLibrary(pythondll) failed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Don't mean to bother you kind folks with something so trivial, I'm at a loss on 
this one...
