[BUG] ERROR message when I try to install on Windows 11 #410

When launching it, a Google Chrome window opens and it shuts down immediately. the CMD gives me this error message:

(my Windows is in Italian and "Un dispositive collegato al sistema non in funzione" means a connected device to the system is not working!; don't know which device it is talking about honestly! :D ).

What is the problem? and how can i fix that? Thanks!
