Notes not being created #10

A currently unknown issue is preventing notes from being created in v0.2.8.2. This will be updated when the issue is diagnosed and resolved.

Should be fixed with https://github.com/aapis/evertils-common/commit/cc39f9085945e18526a3f190d78ae6b44d4f697e but more testing is required.
