Include OORO data elements - Patient Information #38

To sync OORO and radont, we need to include the following OORO "Patient Information" concepts in radont

Added the above classes to the graph. Now stuck with dates (again) how do you define the start and end date of a process (e.g. a mass measurement assay) Until now I have: OORO-Patient_Information

UBERON has a concept "death class"
