Looking at the Oberon taxonomy, I would prefer one of CARO's classes: gross_anatomical_part [CARO 0001008] or connected_anatomical_structure [CARO 0000003]. The latter is identical to OBERON 0000061 "anatomical structure".
Note: OBERON 0000061 is a child of material anatomical entity which is a child of anatomical entity. In other words, the OBERON anatomical entity is further qualified and I think is more appropriate for the uses in RT.
RTO.owl has a placeholder class for a SNOMED CT term : body structure. This is used by axioms in the classes for 'radiation complication' and 'target volume'.
Would UBERON's 'anatomical entity' be a suitable replacement for this term? http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0001062
