Hello, how could we obtain the new positions of the flanks and the filled gaps?

like the closer range but for the filled genome target?

Thank you for your help.

Sorry to say, this is hard to directly obtain in current process. I'll take a look and try to add it to stat later. For now, it may be computed by previous gap start + total CloserLength before this gap - removed gap N number ~ ... + this CloserLength?

Hello, it's pleased to inform you that new positions of the filled gaps can be obtain from the new AGP output just added in V1.2.2!

Omg thats incredible. Did you update it??

For my work I need the positions of before and after and the positions of where the contig comes from ( already implemented in QuarTeT)
