Add sendgrid for various actions #4

add sengrid for sending email
on user register send verification code for verifying account
create flow for forgot password logic
send email to admin on each user and organisation registration
send email to admin for each certificate upload

aarbanas commented 1 year ago

My Sendgrid account was inactive for too long so now I can't use it till 1.11
