Add attribute for Organisation Display Name #26

For SAML, we can use the standard o attribute from LDAP/SAML. For OIDC we need to check the IANA registry for related claim.

We need to consider the relation to the REFEDS Personalized Access Entity Category for the availability and add notes appropriately.

We can use organization_name as defined in OpenID Federation
