how to create bootable USB with the release debian iso?

I use dd command, but i can't get the ISO to boot from a flash drive.How to solve this?

Both dd and cp command should just work. When one flash drive doesn't boot, you may want to try another drive.

thx，I change another usb hub and solve this problem
