Alt + Scrollwheel does not release the scrollwheel #268

After changing the cell width with Alt+Scrollwheel the scrollwheel (SW) can not can not be used for other functions, like scrolling/zooming/text size until you select another element or clear the selection.

This is just a minor issue, but it just feels inconsistent, as Shift+SW or Strg+SW behave differently.

To reproduce: OS: Windows 10 TreeSheet Release: 3075954433

Select a cell and resize it with Alt+ScrollWheel. Do not click anywhere else and keep the selection. Try to use the scrollwheel to scroll the view, or resize the text with Shift+ScrollWheel, or zoom with Strg+ScrollWheel.

You're right, that is definitely unintended behavior.
