Too many redirects for "United States" #84

Aard 1.6.3 can't get this entry opened on Wikipedia 2013.

It opens United States for me, but "Next" fails to resolve redirect from United states -> United States. The way content is split in volumes has changed recently to speed up dictionary compilation. Previously titles were sorted across all volumes, now they are only sorted within one volume. As a result, lookup now may fail to return exact case sensitive match if several titles that differ only in case are found in multiple volumes (United States which is article title is in Volume 2 while three redirects United states, UNited states and UNITED STATES are in Volume 1).
