Audience: I would use this gadget as I find shopping for groceries online to be loathesome, and the local Co-Op is only doing online order / pickup. I have a six other people that would use it.
Assuming that you're on the team, what other skillsets would you need to make this project happen over a couple days of hacking?
Web programming. Doing shopify extensions would be neat but probably not necessary
What will be the toughest part of building this gadget?
The great unknown. And that I'll probably be doing it myself and I don't really know anything (relevant). :-)
