Notedown fork: Knitty #85

I forked Notedown to knitty. And there's neither entry points nor module names conflicts. Fixed docs accordingly.

does knitty do everything this does? It looks like this project is inactive

Knitty should do everything that project does as I forked it and made notedown tests work (even fixed some R bugs on Windows). But at the same time I no longer use notedown as latest versions of pandoc + jupytext made it obsolete.
